The 'Vitality Cuisine Dining Series' is a night of fine flavours, high skill and stupendously healthy cuisine. Our three Executive Chefs will reveal the culinary future with nutritious, delicious menus. Dishes are featured on menus across the Bürgenstock restaurants from Spices to the Oak Grill. Staged in the elegant surroundings of Palace Hotel, the evening begins with an aperitif before the culinary concept is introduced, then follows six courses of pristine cuisine. These showcase dinners are staged throughout the year, bringing together the Bürgenstock Selection Executive Chefs; Mike Wehrle, Lorenz Hoja and Ludovic Douteau.
