Scents, sounds and flavours of summer
This is a special summer dinner in the Spa Garden. Sip an aperitif and watch the sun slip away over surrounding meadows and mountain peaks, before lantern light shimmers over the Hollywood Pool. Culinary Director Mike Wehrle has created a four-course menu with summer flavours inspired by nature. The sommelier recommends the wine pairings. Begin the evening crossing Lake Lucerne, before gliding up the mountainside on the MS Bürgenstock Catamaran and Bürgenstock Funicular. Then follow the notes, there’ll be acoustic live music throughout the evening.
