Drones

Due to our location near a military flight zone, drone flights without prior approval from the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne and Sky Guide (Switzerland's air navigation service provider) are not permitted, regardless of their size and weight.

Photography and Videography

A written permission from the Marketing Department is required for professional photography and videography on the premises of the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne. Due to high demand, we kindly request that inquiries be submitted at least one month in advance.

Capture your unforgettable moments at the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne. Please respect the privacy of all other guests during your photography or video sessions and note that private recordings are only allowed when non-professional equipment is used.

Professional shoots

A permit is required for professional photography or videography sessions at the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne. Kindly submit the completed request form below. All requests will be thoughtfully reviewed and approved or declined based on various factors.

Please note that unauthorised photography and videography sessions may result in dismissal from the premises.

Commercial shoots and special occasions

Commercial or special occasion shoots, such as weddings, require written prior approval from the Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne. Please complete the following request form for permission. These shoots may be subject to a specific schedule and associated costs.
