Learn professional skills working alongside a chef from one of our acclaimed ‘Seven Kitchens’ in this dynamic masterclass. Each day a different kitchen will be ‘in action’, showcasing varied menus. Choose your class and cuisine, from Asian specialities by Spices Kitchen & Terrace to the Oak Grills' carving and flamed flavours. Prepare a 3-course menu, discuss your drinks pairing, then dine. Your chef will present a ‘Seven Kitchens’ cook book to evolve your culinary skills at home.
