Brunch, Bratwurst and Alphorns
Swiss National Day celebrations are heralded by Alphorn players and flag throwers on our mountainside. Party together, beginning with a traditional 'Buure-Brunch' with freshly baked 'Zopf' bread and Bürgenstock honey, Rösti with cheese by our local farmer, and Birchermüesli. Later there is a BBQ with bratwurst and beer. As the sun dips the Bürgenstock Resort will be a superb vantage point to watch the sky over Lucerne glow in a symphony of golden and amber shades.
